Fabulous Rack Montage

August 28th, 2009

Check out the new promotional video for this site.  If you like it, please share it!  The actresses in the video definitely have fabulous racks.  That seems to be a prerequisite for success in Hollywood, with the exception of Kate Hudson.  She proves that a beautiful face and famous parents can also get you to the promised land.

The song used in this video is "Dream Girl" by Alex Bailey. You can legally download it for free here.

Is exposing your rack an issue of constitutional law?

August 25th, 2009

It is, according to a weak argument being made by a whackjob UFO cult.  Gotopless.org is sponsoring an online petition calling for the affirmation of "Women's constitutional right to go topless in public."  The petition vaguely targets "government" and aims to collect 1,000 signatures, which it has already exceeded.  It says nothing about what the organization will do with the signatures and is really an advertisement for the cult, the limited protest marches that occured on August 23rd in a few major cities (I guess I'm late to the scoop), and the repeat they intend to perform in August 2010.

I agree with the underlying message that law enforcement agents should not cite bare-chested women for indecent exposure when men can go shirtless.  Clearly, there is a double-standard, but I disagree with the straw man argument inherent in appealing to constitutional rights.  The petition does not cite any article of the U.S. Constitution, or any state constitution, to backup its claim.  According to gotopless.org:

We are a U.S. organization, claiming that women have the same constitutional right to be bare chested in public places as men.

The blaring problem with that statement is that men have no constitutional right to semi-nudity.  What constitutes indecent exposure is a matter of local ordinance and culture, although I suppose one could make some sort of a legal argument on the grounds of "equal protection."  That is why I call the claim weak instead of groundless.  Gotopless.org, like its petition, also does not cite which article of the Constitution addresses public display of breasts, but it mentions the Nineteenth Amendment, universal suffrage, to frame toplessness as a great struggle for gender equality even though voting and showing your tits are two completely different things.

The marginally less blaring problem is that there is little here in the way of an organization, and what exists is primarily not based in the United States.  That is the real story.  The website, gotopless.org, is a front for The Raëlian Movement.  A quick visit to their website, rael.org, tells you everything you need to know about them in under three seconds.  Wikipedia describes the cult's ideology thusly:

Followers of the movement, called Raëlians, believe that [Claude] Vorilhon, or "Raël", received special knowledge and instruction for mankind from the creators of life on Earth, human-like extraterrestrials called Elohim whose technology enabled them to appear as "angels" or "gods" in the eyes of ancient people. Raëlians believe that previous visitation from Elohim sparked the founding of many major religions humanity knows today.

Mr. Vorilhon is not some mythical figure; he is a modern day David Koresh--alive and well in France.  He is the same "Raël" quoted in the petition and on gotopless.org.  My advice to him is this: Get topless women out of the streets, and get articulate women in village council meetings.  Causing a spectacle once a year is not going to change any laws.

Can a fabulous (fake) rack solve a murder?

August 22nd, 2009

Swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore shows off her fake rack.

With few exceptions, I'm not a fan of fake breasts.  They suggest to me that their owner has a lack of self-confidence, and I find that trait very unattractive in men and women.

That aside, the BBC is reporting that the serial number on the breast implants of murdered swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore may lead to an arrest.  I guess she was dying for a fabulous rack.

You can read the full story here.  It sounds like a True Hollywood Story in the making.

UPDATE: The husband/suspect killed himself.
